secure site containing our complete 19 question
application. Just fill it out and click the
"send" button and you'll be on your
way. We will send you an e-mail confirming our
receipt of your application.
Once we have received your information, we'll go
right to work for you. We will submit your
information to our automated underwriting
affiliates. Once we've heard from them, we'll
contact you regarding your alternatives. In many
cases, we'll have a complete loan approval right
then. In most cases, however, we will need a few
additional items of information in order to complete
the process. We will e-mail or telephone you
with the information in either event.
At that time, we will offer you the option of
locking in your interest rate and loan program.

at any time. Please keep in mind that interest
rates are subject to frequent fluctuation. There
are also many loan programs available which offer
increased privacy regarding your finances at a
